Kate Hudson has settled a lawsuit filed by a hair product company claiming she stole their idea. allegedly Kate received a sample of product from 220 Labs, she than collaborated with stylist David Babaii to create a line based off the sample.
Bosses at 220 Labs claimed it was their idea to create a collection of shampoos and styling aids containing volcanic ash. Volcanic Ash, sounds like some bullshit people will lick up. Anywho the two have settled out of court and the suit has been dismissed. – LADY
