Justin Bieber threw two water balloons at Maryland State Trooper. Who the hell does this kid think he is! Throwing balloons at state Troopers, who are probably there to protect him or anyone in the area, what is wrong with this kid. I guess he is a brat like everyone says!
No word yet if he was arrested or charged with anything. I know it’s not a big deal but its pretty low to throw pranks at police officers on duty! -LADY
