Lady Gaga plans to bring her Monster Ball tour to Mexico in May 2011.
We can’t possibly understand the logic in all this, considering she’s supposed to have a new album coming out at the top of the year. Why not bury the tour, record some new music and re-invent yourself girl! - LADY
