Jessica Simpson must be smiling from ear to ear. Simpson won an arbitration over the weekend putting a ban on marketing an exercise video of hers from 2005.
Jessica was awarded 357,587 to cover fees and costs, the judge also ordered the production company to pay Jessica’s business manager, David Levin, $50,000 on a slander claim.
The deal is, Jessica was not happy with the exercise video for some reason and wanted it not to go into distribution. She got her wish plus money and than some. - LADY
